HELP THE FOUNDER OF TRUSTED CHANCE FIGHT HOMELESSNESS
After two years of reporting illegal acts of constructive eviction and tenant abuse, the Founder of Trusted Chance was wrongfully evicted (non-rent related) from a home of almost a decade – displaced onto the streets of Hollywood with pets.
To make matters worse, the neighborhood zip code is not "eligible" for Right to Counsel or Los Angeles Legal Aid Programs – leaving legal representation options limited to, 1) self-help and managing legal cases pro se, or 2) private attorneys demanding $5,000-10,000 retainers plus additional fees.
This case is riddled with willful violations of civil rights, judicial misconduct and obstruction of justice. The legal battle has spanned over the last six (6) months – fighting pro se against a corporate property owner represented by two law firms.
